Insurance Claims Assistance - We handle everything! Our experienced office staff will handle all required paperwork and expedite the necessary procedures to assure prompt repairs.  We Repair All Makes and Models!

Consistent Updates - The office staff will update you on the repair process to assure the timely delivery of the vehicle. If there is a change on the delivery date during repairs, notification will be early enough to allow proper rental car arrangements.

Free Vehicle Cleaning - Every vehicle Don Ducote repairs will be thoroughly cleaned before delivery.

Our Warranty

All workmanship is guaranteed for as long as you own the automobile. This includes PPG paint lifetime warranty.

All parts warranties are obtained from the manufacturer and will be covered by the distributor.

Only CAPA Certified aftermarket parts are used by us, if we are asked to use salvaged OEM parts the warranty will be only 30 days from the time of purchase unless your insurance company states otherwise.
